Creekside Swim Club is now accepting CREDIT CARD* payments for membership. *$15 service charge will be added to membership payments made with a credit card.
Creekside Swim Club offers two types of memberships for the 2010 season: FULL MEMBERSHIP and TRIAL MEMBERSHIP.
Applications may be downloaded.
The initiation fee for new members in the 2010 season has been REDUCED by $100.

When returning your completed application, please enclose a $35 processing fee (check made payable to Creekside Swim Club) and mail with your completed application to:
